Dear Tshiams,

Congratulations, and welcome to Universal Technical Institute! By now, you should have received (in a separate email) your Enrollment Application and Interview Questionnaire. That email also included contact information for your Admissions Representative, Byron Johns. Feel free to call if you have any questions or need assistance as you complete the forms.

As soon as those forms are complete, representatives from UTI will be reaching out to assist you with the remaining requirements to ensure you are ready to start school on 10/7/2024.  Here’s what you can expect in the upcoming days:

  •      Admissions Representative: Your Admissions Representative is your main point of contact and will assist you with the remainder of the enrollment process.  Your representative will be in touch within the next few days to make introductions and answer any questions you may have.

  •      FAFSA Service Center: If you have not yet completed your FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid), you will receive a text message from the FAFSA Service Center in about 3 days.  You may also make an appointment with the service center at https://goo.gl/HAbYG7.  The service center will assist you through the initial steps of completing this application.  Once complete, a Financial Aid representative from your campus will be in touch to discuss your specific funding options.

  •      Housing Representative: You will hear from a Housing Representative within the next week or so to discuss next steps.  If you are not relocating or do not need assistance, please indicate that on the Interview Questionnaire (application) sent with your enrollment agreement, or let your representative know so you can be removed from the housing assistance list.  For immediate assistance or if you have any questions, please contact your Student Services Department at 1-281-443-6262 and request to speak to someone about housing.

Again, if you have any questions or need additional support with the enrollment process, feel free to reach out to Byron Johns at the number provided in your enrollment agreement e-mail.
